Mini Cask – Limited Edition

A cask for legends. And those who think they are.

This hand-crafted 2L French virgin oak cask is your invitation to step into the shadows of the smugglers, alchemists and ageing masters who came before you. Available in your choice of medium or heavy toast, it gives you the chance to build your own flavour profile: softer, vanilla-led elegance or deep, dark toffee-laced richness.

Before you add your Dorchadas rum, season it with whatever you like: sherry, port, wine, something experimental (we won’t stop you). Leave it to rest for a few days to a week, then empty and fill with your chosen Dorchadas bottle. Leave it again. Argue about whether it’s ready. Pour. Repeat.

It’s ritual, rebellion, and ridiculous bragging rights.

The only real tricky decision is whether to add our Single Cask Washed Ashore, or our Amber Spiced Rum?
