    By accessing the Site, You agree to the following terms and conditions. You must be:
  • Of legal age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages according to the laws of your country of residence.
  • In a country where the promotion and consumption of alcoholic beverages are permitted.

By placing an order through our Site, you warrant that the recipient is of lawful age. If purchasing as a gift, it is your responsibility to ensure the recipient is also of lawful age. Additionally, by placing an order, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that whoever accepts delivery at the provided address is of lawful age.

  7. Competitions
    If East Neuk Spirit Company Ltd. or one of its sub-brands runs a competition, the following terms apply:
  • You confirm you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence by entering.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, and anyone professionally involved are excluded.
  • You may only enter once.
  • The competition ends at midnight (GMT) on the specified date unless otherwise stated.
  • Entries involving individuals deemed to be under 18 will be excluded.
  • We reserve the right to exclude entries deemed illegal, explicit, abusive, or offensive and to remove such content from our digital channels.
  • We reserve the right to exclude entries encouraging irresponsible drinking or behavior and to remove such content from our digital channels.
  • We reserve the right to remove content referencing competitors or containing third-party logos or trademarks.

Competitions – The Prize
There is no cash alternative to the prize unless we cannot ship alcohol to the winner’s country, in which case an alternative prize of equivalent value will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable.

Competitions – Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Data Collected/Usage
Data submitted will be used for competition administration and marketing purposes but can be opted out of at any time by contacting us via the web form.

  1. Special Offer Codes
    Offer codes may only be used once and cannot be combined with other offers. All offers are inclusive of VAT and exclude shipping charges.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or temporarily suspend any offer at its discretion. All decisions by the Promoter are final.

  1. Distillery Terms & Conditions

A. Booking
Visits/Experiences can be pre-booked through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. Tickets are for a specified date and time.

If Experiences allow under 18s, the number permitted is limited to three per adult ticket.

You will be provided with a booking reference, which must be shown on arrival and retained for inspection if required.

By booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Tickets are not valid with any other promotion or special offer unless stated.

Tickets cannot be resold. If a ticket is resold, entry may be refused without compensation.

B. Arrival Time
Arrive at least ten minutes before your Experience. Late arrivals may be refused entry without compensation or refund.

C. Age Restrictions
Under 18s are not permitted. You may be subject to an age check and asked to present ID. If you cannot produce valid ID, entry may be refused without refund.

D. Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if cancellation is requested more than 48 hours before the Visit Date, we will do our best to reschedule.

We reserve the right to close any part of the Experience without notice for safety or maintenance. In case of full closure, we will contact visitors and offer an alternative date or refund but are not liable for travel or other expenses.

E. Prices
Prices may change, but pre-booked tickets will be honored at the original rate.

F. Licensing
As a licensed premise, we retain the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor, including those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those behaving inappropriately.

We operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy and may request ID from anyone who appears under 25.

G. Accessibility
Disabled visitors requiring special assistance may bring one Carer free of charge. Proof of entitlement must be shown.

H. General
Pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs with proof of registration. Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited within the Distillery premises.

Website use is governed by the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Each paragraph operates separately. If any part is deemed unlawful, the remaining parts will remain in effect.

I. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the ticket price paid. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be legally limited.

J. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

K. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

L. Definitions
Carer: A person who assists a disabled individual during the visit.
Distillery: Refers to East Neuk Spirit Company Ltd. Distillery as specified on your ticket or booking confirmation.
Experience: A tour of the Distillery, including the supply of alcohol to over 18s only, or other Experiences as advertised.
Visit Date: The date specified on your ticket or booking confirmation.
We: East Neuk Spirit Company Ltd., with its registered address at Buckthorn Farm, Lower Largo, Leven, KY8 6EA, United Kingdom.
