We make rum worth chasing. But if something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right.
Returns & refunds
We don’t accept returns just because you’ve changed your mind. We’re not that kind of brand.
But if your order arrives damaged, broken, or not as promised, we’ll replace it or refund you — fast and without fuss.
To report an issue:
•Email info@eastneukspirit.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
•Include your order number and a photo of the problem.
•We’ll sort it from there.
A few things to know:
•We can’t take back opened bottles. You wouldn’t want second-hand rum, would you?
•If your parcel didn’t arrive at all, let us know. We’ll chase the courier like hell.
•Refunds go back to your original payment method. No smoke and mirrors.
