• 50ml Dorchadas Amber Spiced Rum
• 25ml Demerara Gomme
• 2-3 Oak Bitters
• Orange Peel
• Large Ice Cube

Instructions:

1. Prep the Glass:
   Start by placing a the demerara gomme and oak bitters with a large ice cube into a mixing glass
2. Mix the Cocktail:
   Mix the Gomme and oak bitters slowly adding the Amber Spiced Rum while stiring the contents
3. Serve:
   Strain the mixture into your prepared old-fashioned glass over the ice cube.
4. Garnish:
   Cut an twist orange peel  over the drink by holding it between your fingers and squeezing it over the glass to release the oils. Then, drop the peel into the glass as a garnish.
